Local Delivery – Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas We offer a local delivery service at a small additional charge, which varies depending on your postcode and the size of the item. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order if you'd like to confirm the cost for your area.
Dispatch & Lead Times Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being confirmed. We'll be in touch if there are any delays.
How We Deliver We use a trusted Man with a Van delivery service. Deliveries are made to the entrance of your property — this may be your front door, back door, or garden doors. Our driver is under no obligation to deliver to a specific room (e.g. bedroom or dining room).
Flats & Restricted Parking If you live in a flat, or if there is limited or no parking at your address, please let us know before your delivery is scheduled. We can arrange a two-person delivery service for heavy or large items where needed. Failure to notify us in advance may result in your delivery needing to be rearranged, which could incur additional charges.
Delivery Slots You'll receive a notification once your order is dispatched with details of your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive it, as re-delivery charges may apply if no one is home.
Local Pickup – Hertfordshire Showroom Prefer to collect in person? Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours of confirmation. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready — please bring your order confirmation when you collect. We have front door access and free parking on site.
