Local Pickup – Hertfordshire Showroom Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours of confirmation. We'll notify you by email/ text when your order is ready — please bring your order confirmation when you collect. We have front door access and free parking on site.
- If you're unsure whether your item will fit in your vehicle, please contact us in advance and we'll be happy to advise.
- Please note: Items that have not been reserved or had a deposit placed cannot be guaranteed to be available at the time of collection. To avoid disappointment, we recommend reserving your item or placing a deposit before visiting.
Local Delivery – Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas We offer a local delivery service at a small additional charge, which varies depending on your postcode and the size of the item. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order if you'd like to confirm the cost for your area.
How We Deliver We use a trusted Man with a Van delivery service. Deliveries are made to the entrance of your property — this may be your front door, back door, or garden doors. Our driver is under no obligation to deliver to a specific room (e.g. bedroom or dining room).
Flats & Restricted Parking If you live in a flat, or if there is limited or no parking at your address, please let us know before your delivery is scheduled. We can arrange a two-person delivery service for heavy or large items where needed. Failure to notify us in advance may result in your delivery needing to be rearranged, which could incur additional charges.
