Returns

Returns must be unused and remain in their original condition (as sold)


Clearance, ex-display and sold-as-seen items are non-returnable. Deposits are not refundable


Mattresses and beddings are non-returnable due to hygiene


Before assembling any furniture, please check for any discrepancies, missing parts or damages. Please notify us within 24hours so that we can make amendments


After assembling furniture, we are unable to accept returns. By assembling the furniture, we assume all parts has been checked. We cannot take responsibility for any damages which occurs when assembling


If you are unsure of any flaws/ cosmetic defect/ sold as seen items, please ask a member of staff


Faulty items are dealt with separately and case case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will communicate with the customer


Refunds will be processed the same payment method as the initial purchase. Process will be initiated once item/s have been returned

Collections from Store

Customers can collect items anytime during opening hours.

We have front door and free parking.

If you are unsure items will fit in your vehicle, please contact us and we can help.

Items which has not been reserved/ or a deposit placed, we cannot guarantee the item is available on collection.

Delivery

We use a trusted Man with a Van service. We will deliver to any entrance of a property (front, back, garden doors). The driver is under no obligation to deliver to any room in the property such as bedroom or dining room.

Please let us know if you live in a flat or if there is no parking. This is so that we can arrange a two man delivery service for heavy items.

Failure to do so may mean you delivery needs to be rearranged.

Mattresses

Mattresses are not eligible for returns (once it has left our warehouse and packaging has been removed.

Please take the time to try our display samples before placing an order. If you are unsure of quality and suitablilty please ask our experienced member of staff.

If there is a manufacturing issue: The mattress manufactures are responsible for upholding the warranty on all mattresses. As your representative we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. The manufacturer is responsible for authorising any service or repairs as needed. This can take up to a few working days so please bear with us.
