Mattresses

Mattresses are not eligible for returns (this includes change of mind)

Please take the time to try our display samples before placing an order. If you are unsure of quality and suitablilty please ask our experienced member of staff.

The mattress manufactures are responsible for upholding the warranty on all mattresses. As your representative we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. The manufacturer is responsible for authorising any service or repairs as needed.

Returns

Returns will not be possible on items: Pre-orders, Sold as seen, Ex-display and Clearance, as well as Mattresses and Beddings. 

All deposits are non-refundable.

If your item/s have been assembled and are not faulty, or if they have been used, you will not be able to return your item/s. 

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to take care of the product/s and ensure they are returned to us safely, in a saleable condition and in all original packaging. Please take every precaution to ensure the goods are in exactly the same condition as when you received them. Failure to do so may result in us unable to refund to you.

Any discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours of delivery or collection. 

On items which are stated as sold as seen, customers are responsible for fully inspecting the items prior to purchase. If you are unsure of any flaws/ cosmetic defect/ sold as seen items, please ask a member of staff.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Mardleybury Farm, Mardleybury Road, Datchworth, SG3 6SG.

If item/s have been assembled, show any sign of use – including but not limited to smoke, pet or food odours or stains – will not be accepted.

Upon delivery, the driver will give suffient time for you to confirm you are happy with the condition of the good/s. If you are not happy please let the driver know. We will not make any collections after this and it will be responsibility of the customer for any returns.

Delivery

We use a trusted Man with a Van service. We will deliver to any entrance of a property (front, back, garden doors). The driver is under no obligation to deliver to any room in the property such as bedroom or dining room.

Please let us know if you live in a flat or if there is no parking. This is so that we can arrange a two man delivery service for heavy items.

Failure to do so may mean you delivery needs to be rearranged.

Deposits

To reserve any items a deposit will be required.

Ordered items will need a deposit before order is placed.

All items will need to be paid in full before collection of goods.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Collections from Store

Customers can collect items anytime during opening hours.

We have on the door free parking.

All ordered items will be collectable from store (unless delivery has been arranged).

We cannot guarantee or hold items without deposits.

Clearance item original packaging may have been opened/ resealed for quality checks. Rest assured this will be checked with customer on collection.
